Please be aware that if you have entered into an attorney-client relationship with us, the terms of additional agreements between you and us may apply and will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
We may amend these Terms from time to time, along with any disclaimers, terms, or conditions you encounter on the Site (which are incorporated into these Terms). When we amend these Terms, we will post the latest version on this page and change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Any such amendments to these Terms will be effective as of the date the amended Terms are posted. By accessing or using the Site on or after the Effective Date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION. BY AGREEING TO THE NOTICES AND TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND.
A. Member Firms; Attorneys
Sunridge Legal, LLP is a legal practice providing client services through itself as a California limited liability partnership as well as other firms and affiliates (Member Firms) which have contracted with us. When we refer to Sunridge Legal, LLP or the “firm,” we are referring to Sunridge Legal, LLP as well as our Member Firms. Any reference to a “partner” means a partner, member, consultant, or employee with equivalent standing and qualifications in Sunridge Legal, LLP or a Member Firm. Any reference to a “location” means any office, virtual office or location of work performed by Sunridge Legal, LLP or a Member Firm.
Under the contracts between Sunridge Legal, LLP and the Member Firms, Sunridge Legal, LLP and the applicable Member Firm are jointly responsible for the representation of each client. We maintain a uniform conflicts database and for conflicts purposes treat all clients as a client of Sunridge Legal, LLP and all Member Firms. From the fees paid to Sunridge Legal, LLP, Sunridge Legal, LLP pays each Member Firm an internal rate for attorney and paralegal time. Internal referral fees of up to 20% of the collected amounts are paid among Sunridge Legal, LLP and the Member Firms based on contributions to developing and expanding new and existing client relationships. This payment structure does not impact the fees charged to our clients. For all client-related purposes, Sunridge Legal, LLP and its Member Firms operate as a single law firm.

If you are looking for mouse and keyboard alternatives, speech recognition software may help you navigate web pages and online services by allowing you to move focus around a web page or application screen through voice controls.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing, the below features may be available to you.
A. Closed Captioning
Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard of hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments. Learn how to turn captioning on and off in YouTube.
B. Volume Controls
Your computer, tablet, or mobile device has volume control features. Each video and audio service has its own additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to optimize your listening experience.

Your use of this Site is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content available through this Site or for damages arising from the use or performance of this site.
In no event shall we or any of our partners, officers, employees, agents or affiliates be liable, directly or indirectly, under any theory of law (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), to you or anyone else, for any claims, losses or damages, direct, indirect special, incidental, punitive or consequential, resulting from or occasioned by the creation, use of, or reliance on this site (including information and other content) or any third party websites or the information, resources, or material accessed through any such websites. You agree that any legal controversy or legal claim arising out, relating to, or connected with these Terms, the Site, or any Content, other than claims brought by us to collect or recover damages for, or obtain an injunction relating to, intellectual property ownership or infringement, will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”). Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Diego, California, and in accordance with the governing law indicated in the next section below. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY OTHERWISE HAVE HAD TO A TRIAL BY JURY, OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER ON ANY CLASS CLAIM AGAINST US INCLUDING ANY CLASS ARBITRATION, CONSOLIDATION OF INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATIONS, OR ANY PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND. Any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, the arbitrator will not have authority to award damages, remedies, or awards that conflict with these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing obligation to arbitrate disputes, each party shall have the right to pursue injunctive or other equitable relief at any time, from any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that regardless of any statue or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to, or connected with these Terms, the Site, or any Content must be filed within one (1) year after such claim of action arose or be forever banned.

In the event that you gain access to information not intended to be accessed by you, you agree that you will immediately notify us and lawfully destroy all copies of such information in your possession. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site and Content, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and us with respect to the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation. These Terms are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate any of our rights or obligations hereunder without your consent. The section and paragraph headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
