Sunridge represented the landlord with respect to a 535,000 sq. ft lease to Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. covering two office buildings, the construction and subsequent leasing of two lab buildings, and the potential expansion for a to-be-built fifth building.

The 13.5 year lease was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as “one of the biggest life science leases ever for the San Diego County market.”

Sunridge represented a clean tech mobile-energy-storage-as-a-service business, with respect to its headquarters lease at the historic Ford Point in Richmond, CA, as well as a neighboring ground-up build-to-suit lease of an approximately 110,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility.
